Investing in the Petros Investment Partners Bitcoin Fund (the “Fund”) involves significant risk, including the potential loss of your entire investment. There is no guarantee of profit, and investors should only commit capital they can afford to lose. Bitcoin and other digital assets are highly volatile and subject to extreme price fluctuations. The value of Bitcoin may experience rapid increases or decreases due to market forces, regulatory developments, technological advancements, security incidents, macroeconomic trends, or other unforeseen factors. The price of Bitcoin may drop suddenly and unpredictably, potentially resulting in substantial losses for Fund investors. Bitcoin markets may experience liquidity shortages, making it difficult to enter or exit positions at desired prices. Market disruptions, exchange failures, or regulatory actions may further restrict the ability to sell or transfer Bitcoin holdings.
